Our flagship Linenweb^® Laundry Information System has set new standards for the textile industry. With up to $1m per year in R & D investment over the last 10 years, the Linenweb^® system is now a powerful and sophisticated solution, providing an extensive range of functionality to almost every aspect of laundry business operations along with many valuable reporting tools and management alerts. Our laundry system customers range from small, on-premise laundries to major statewide or national operations with multiple laundries integrated, yet operating separately under a single web based application. These laundries service some of the world's leading hospitals and luxury hotels and they provide, through the Linenweb^® system, a wide array of on-line ordering, reporting and linen management services to their customers that set them well above their competitors. 

Centrex Technologies commenced operations in 1997 and have our head office in Oak Brook, Illinois USA. Oak Brook is also headquarters location for major corporations such as McDonalds, Ace Hardware, Northern Trust, Van Klampen, Blistex, Dominicks and Advocate Healthcare and is located 20 miles west of downtown Chicago. To better service our global customers, we also have offices in Sydney, Australia and Manchester, UK.

We are an independent, private company, fully owned by the founding directors. This is very unusual for our industry, as most of our competitors are minor, subsidiary divisions of major companies servicing the textile industry. Being independent gives Centrex Technologies a distinct advantage, as our customers can be confident that we are fully committed to their success and are not seeking to use our technology and our access to their confidential customer data to leverage sales for some other core product.
